At your store #279 the register receipts are usually printed poorly, due to no ink, or some other failure of the register. This particular time it was Reg 1.
It happens inside and outside at the pumps, way too many times. When it is brought to the attention of an employee or if a call is made to the store manager, nothing is ever done. If a person is paying with a cr or debit card, having the receipt is important. Maybe you are not spending any more money on this particular store's current needs, that you can get away with, due to the fact this store is going to be torn down very soon.
That is no excuse for not maintaining upkeep to this store. Plus, why should I even purchase gas at this Sheetz when the Speedway just a few miles down the road has gas for $2.35 compared to your $2.55, a twenty cents difference. Before I make another statement I want you to know that I have no relations working at any Sheetz nor do I personally know anyone that works at Sheetz. You probably don't like constructive criticism because you already feel you know how to run your business, but you are wrong.
Every Sheetz that I have ever been in has a minimum staff that is expected to do much more than should be expected just to save a dollar at the expense of the customers. All other gasoline stores have enough employees to handled the work load without causing the customers to suffer.
Without customers, you are nothing, and any customer's time is valuable. It is about time you start treating customers with the respect they deserve, by having enough employees on staff to take care of the customers, not trying to get "blood out of a turnip" with fewer employees expected to do much more than should ever be expected by any employer, just to save a dollar at the cost of no respect to any customer's valuable time.
