Resolved: Sheetz - Rude Cook with a lot of Attitude
I have never had a problem with Sheetz MTO until yesterday. I went into Sheetz #437 in Rocky Mount, NC at 3:27pm on 10/21/2016, I ordered a sampler platter and waited on my order.
The young lady, Jessica, made my order, a sampler (boneless bites and fries) and bagged it, I notice she didn't put any salt on the fries and asked if she could. She snatched the bag off the counter, rolled her eyes, took the container out the bag and threw my entire order back into the fry tray and threw the container on the counter. I told her I didn't want that order and she could just fix me another one. She rolled her eyes once again and I asked to speak to her manager.
The manager, BJ, came to the front and I explain what happened and she said that Jessica would make me a new order. I told her I didn't want her to make my order but the manager to make it. Jessica smirked and laughed and walked away. I told the manager she was very rude and I have never had a problem before.
She said that she would talk to her. I asked for her last name so that I could make a complaint and she said she wasn't sure exactly what her last name was.
The manager fixed my order and gave me a sheetz coupon. I have been a sheetz customer for many years and have never been treated so rudely.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Sheetz Cons: Poor service and rudeness.
Location: Rocky Mount, North Carolina

BJ haha
Her behavior wasn't acceptable but surely you could have taken a packet of salt and done it yourself. BTW: you don't get to know people's last names. I'm sure she's the only Jessica there.
Not sure why you couldn't salt your own fries, but anyway you got what you ordered, so all is well.
You are lucky she did not call the police on you and have your parents arrested for child neglect. Allowing a young child like you to shop alone is illegal and it is obvious from your behavior that you are four years old.
The customer is always right. First rule. The problem is all you punk millennials that have no respect.
Respect is earned not given old man. You baby boomers are the reason we are hostile.
