Sheetz

I am a daily customer, accumulating over 10,000 points yearly. My issue is with coffee or cold drink refills: I am told that the cups from the store are single-use and if refilled, you are charged full price.

How does that make sense? I can bring some giant plastic mug and only pay for a refill, yet other cups they sell cannot be washed and reused? They are all PLASTIC, there's no difference. Well, they've lost a good customer.

In addition, I will miss the wonderful employees that run most of their establishments. However, I am going to boycott Sheetz and take my business elsewhere, it's the principle of the whole thing.

Back in February i was at the sheetz on 22nd street and 5th ave. I came out of the women's bathroom and there was a pallet right by the door way and i tripped and fell.

I went to urgent care. I was very shaken up due to landing right on my face. At urgent care they saw my busted lip and the bruising on my chin that had already was forming. When i fell i also chipped a tooth that was on my dentures.

When the lady, heather called me, she took my statement, which i felt she was very rude, about what happened. She asked me why I didnt see the pallet laying there. She wanted to know why urgent care sidnt do xrays and such. Im not the uegent care so i dont know why that didnt .

Besides if they wanted to i coukd not afford the deductible. I sent in a estimate on how much it would take it get it fixed. I do NOT have the $215 plus tax to get it fixed. I sent all the information i had to heather.

She told me she would investigate this incident and get back with me. I told her it had to be on camera. She said she will try to locate this camera and what it showed. I emailed hearher a few times asking if she got my emails, just to make sure they went through.

I have also tried calling her, no answer. I left my name and number and asked if she could call ne back and she never did. Im fery disappointed in how all this went down. She coukd gave at least contacted me to tell me what she found in her investigation.

I feel sheetz could careless about my accident. I did not contact you guys at first, she contacted me. I believe she lied to ne, never got back to ne. Even if she could not get ahold if me on the phone she coukd have at keast sent me a email.

I honestly thought sheetz was a better company than this. Apparently you guys are like all the rest. You do not care about your customers.

I have been yelling everyone i know what kind of treatment i have received from your company. If you treat customers this way i would hate to see how you treat your employees.

I was sitting in dining area on my phone trying to transfer money over to my chime card with the withdrawal I had to wait 30mins witch I didn't see a big deal because I'm going to buy something. He got on loud speaker twice and targeted me describing my clothes and everything telling me that I broke some policy being there that I need to go outside so I did just out of respect.

I stood outside bc my money is about to be available and the second time he got on loudspeaker and did it again so I walked in the store asked the female worker at register if she could get him another worker said no so I told her tell whoever that I'm waiting for my money to transfer to my card so I can buy a few things the guy came out all huffy puffy said what do you want i told him what I told the other workers he said idc you got to leave amd never come back or I'm calling the cops said oh yeah no problem no need to be ignorant and I won't come back your very unprofessional you cop caller. This isn't the first time he does this to people alot even walks outside to tell people who ran into each other to leave or he's calling the cops. He got a little power and it went to his head obviously. Im disappointed could have approached it differently and been nicer lucky I wasnt me when I was younger hed got it right in that store honestly IDC I don't take being disrespected like that lightly.

Now I'm thinking about taking my business to rutters unless I'm compensated for how I was treated and that guy is suspended or fired. He's a piece of crap.

As usually I go to the sheetz in South Charleston, West Virginia in the mornings as I prepare to drive for work, I use the restroom (because this location has close to perfectly clean restrooms) and get a cup of coffee and/or a bottle of water. On this particular day today July 8, 2024 at about 8:30 am, I decide to walk back in to purchase breakfast for the first time which was another person who was waiting and then a person beside me who was doing the same, as I do so, me and two other individuals standing with our receipt waited patiently for our food.

They received their food with the receipt in their hands and paid for their food, I am which am a different color than the rest, got questioned if I paid for my food or not. I said no, I have my receipt, she proceeds to say, you have to pay for your food first, I will meet you over here at the register so you can pay for it. Not thinking about it until I walked to the counter as what just actually happened as the lady proceeded to whisper to the counter clerk about whatever it was she had to say then walks off. I clearly could have paid at the kiosk and for my food as there are different self service kiosks that allows you to scan your receipt to pay for your food.

I then called the store to speak to a manager to enquirer about what the policy is and why wasnt anyone else asked the same question. She came to the phone and I started to ask reasonable questions regarding the situation the phone All of a sudden got quiet and said hello multiple times before I finally hung up and called corporate.

I am curious to know how Allison operates her shift knowing a major issue was not resolved. I decided to take this matter seriously of the fact no action was taken and also wasnt acknowledged.

So disappointed I travel the US for work and look forward to getting back to the home area as I know I can eat at Sheetz. Stopped there the other day for the best chili cheese hot dogs.

Took a bite and almost threw up. That chili that is being used now is disgusting. I thought maybe it was just that Sheetz.

Went to a Sheetz in WV on my way out of town and ordered chili cheese hot dogs once again almost threw up. So disgusting I have been a true loyal customer however I think I will have to switch to speedway or maybe they will build a buccee's in the Pittsburgh area and get some good gas station food in the area once again.

I pulled in to get gas where a manager, emptying a trash can, left a trash can lid out on the ground by the pump that I did not see, and I ran over it. I was upset.

His reply to me was, 'I have always done it that way'. To me, this was not a good reason and could have damaged my car. I told him he should set the lid up high and out of the way. I went into the store to buy gas and he ran up to the counter.

When I asked him his name, he did not give it to me, and he had no name tag on. I asked to see his manager, but he told me that his superior was busy and then threatened to call the police on me. Having no time to deal with this as I had a job to get to, I left. I then called Sheetz customer service when I had the time to do so, to complain, but no one ever got back to me.

I did not buy gas that day, July 8, 2024.

My last purchase of gas was on July 4, 2024. I have been a resident in this neighborhood for 30 years and am a senior citizen.
