Trash all around gas pumps at 6:05pm 2/10/26 this is the 2d time I have come here since it was rebuilt last Sept 2025

Complaint
I ordered two cinnamon and sugar pretzels and basically got plain pretzels. There was a very small amount of butter but no sugar or cinnamon on them.

I have tried ordering online, which should be no problem. Then I tried to call, which was not the easiest to find, and it just left me waiting, and I got no response. So, in essence, I have accomplished nothing!

I ordered a smoothie with bubbles. Paid for it.
Then waited 15 minutes till the guy was done screwing around. There was a younger girl behind the counter with him. He came out of the back and he had a handful of whipped cream in his hand . He was chasing her with it.
He then finally made the drink. I asked him if he put the bubbles in the drink..He asked what were bubbles. The girl answered him. He put the bubbles in first then took the drink he made for me and just dumped it into the new glass with the bubbles.

At that point I ask for the manager. Some young girl came out and said she was the manager. [ I didn't believe she was the manager.
Told her what happened. She walk away .At that time she talked really loud saying some people think you can't have any fun at work. How unprofessional.
I hope you address this problem. This happened at the Sheetz on Route 11 Greencastle, Pa.
Your customer service person hung up on me.

First and foremost, these employees at the Pottsville, PA store are very friendly and deserve appreciation for their absolute best customer service I've experienced. But for $10 for the app sampler and to get the portion I received, is absolutely absurd.

- - Seeks general manager call about gas theft at Spring Rd 602 at 10:26 PM with police; receipts show two payments, no compensation.
No one answered my phone call. Someone needs to return my phone call as soon as possible, as I am standing with a Catawba police officer at this moment talking to them about the transaction that happened at the store on Spring Road 602 tonight at 10:26 PM.
I have the exact time and the receipt of both transactions that I had to pay for, considering no one at the location cared about what happened when my gas was stolen and someone drove off with it. No one said anything to me about it, so I sat there for 10 minutes and wasn't told anything, and no one cared for me to even be compensated.
So I had to pay for my gas again, and now I am going to take this to a higher level of authority. If a general manager could please contact me, that would be fantastic.

Missing products from orders

It seems like I am targeted by the Middletown, PA store to always mess up my orders for delivery. Don't contact the company yourself get your bank or legal services and shop there with cash only. Their solution was to cut me off as a online customer and will not let me a debit card at all,so their solution is to lose a customer at the risk of losing more customers in the future process, which I think puts their company at a possible bad future.
Shame for a young company to start burning bridges.
Sheetz good luck in your future. You should find better ways to compromise.
I my not have been in the right, but a good investigation will find the truth as to how good sheets trains their employees as to be better employees and honest people. In this modern society with so many eyes it is better to be a honest person so others don't have to point their fingers at a wrong doer.
