982 Sheetz has not changed!
This store is known for being unsatisfactory. Every time I order anything the employees always get it wrong.
I ordered 2 sandwiches, both with sliced tomato. One had sliced the other had diced. Then with the diced, there was only 6 yes, 6 pieces of diced tomatoes. I have my order slip that clearly says sliced tomatoes.
They need to use the same practice as Subway. Allow the customer to see how there food is being prepared. That way if something is wrong,the customer can prevent it before they get home. Listen to your customers before you don't have any.
It's like the line in Forrest Gump, "you never know what you're going to get ". Start paying attention.
Less employee chatting.

Preferred solution: Let customers see their order being made..
